Terms and Conditions:
Ordering Process:
- When placing an production order, customers are required to provide a design or request a design from SLAB, which we will create at no additional cost.
- If customers want only design from us then we charge a standard amount of DESIGN COST for them.
- Minimum quantity of ordering jersey is 10.
- Quantity under 20 is not eligible for requesting new design for production, they have to choose from any of our pre-designed jersey.
Refunds and Cancellations:
- Once an order is confirmed with a 50% payment, the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE in any case.
- Any design changes must be made before the order is confirmed, as we are unable to make any changes once the orders have been sent for production.
Delivery Time:
- Customers will be informed of the expected delivery time when confirming the order. Delivery time may vary depending on the number of orders we receive.
- It usually takes not more than 7 working days.
- If you have any emergency delivery you should inform us very precisely. But in this case we will not take responsibility of any unwanted issues.
Responsibility:
- SLAB takes full responsibility for our customers’ jerseys while they are in our possession. However, we are not responsible for any damage that occurs during the delivery process.
- If any customer provides their own design (logo, QR code, etc.) and it is found to be faulty (e.g., non-functioning QR code, low-resolution logo) after production, SLAB will not be held responsible.
